Professionally trained by the best, Anita won a scholarship to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, one of the most highly regarded culinary programs in the Nation. Anita also completed an internship at the French Laundry in Napa Valley, California, run by renowned Chef Thomas Keller and renowned pastry Chef Sebastian Rouxel. Her addicting recipes keep people of all ages coming back for more. We love creating interesting dishes and selling crêpes at local farmers markets because the atmosphere is a lazy mix of home cooked meals, fresh flowers and friendly vendors. Our long time dream was to open a nice little neighborhood restaurant in the French theme of, the best of regional, local and fresh ingredients. We have realized this dream. We are serving breakfast, lunch and dinner five days a week. The menu changes seasonally. We will offer great food based on the seasons.
